Breakfast Conversations at the Red Vic
 You
are invited to sit at our big round Conversation Table and
to join those already seated there. Just introduce yourself
and choose a topic from the Conversation Table card on the
table, or choose your own "topic of importance."
Breakfast Conversations are hosted on Sunday mornings at
nine o'clock by Sami Sunchild at the Red Victorian B&B and
Peace Center, bringing together diverse people around topics
that matter in their own lives and in the world. They
include our own guest travelers and members of the local
community, both invited and drop-in.
Each informal Breakfast Conversation (of 4 to 9 people) has
a broad theme (for example personal global citizenship
experiences, travel insights, environmental issues). It
begins with participants in turn, telling their names and
where they are from, and sharing briefly what is in their
hearts and on their minds regarding the theme. From there
the conversation takes off spontaneously and even when it is
formally ended, new friends often linger, perhaps meeting
again later in the day or week.
